The project planner and quote comparison run in your browser. They do not ask for an email address, upload photographs or send your project and proposal entries to a contractor. Their download and print buttons create outputs for you to save or share yourself.
Information entered in the tools
The current tools do not save your entries to a site account or browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page can clear them. Print or download the result if you want to keep it. On a shared device, handle saved files and printouts with care and close the page when finished.
Use a city or ZIP code rather than a street address in the planner. Do not enter financial account details, access codes, identification documents or other sensitive information in the free-text fields. There is no photo-upload function.
Hosting and browser requests
The site is hosted by Vercel. Normal web requests can make information such as IP address, browser information, requested page and access time available to the hosting provider for operation and security. See Vercel’s privacy notice for its practices. This site does not currently include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Fonts, scripts and illustrations used by the pages are served with the site. Following an external source or contact link takes you to another website with its own privacy practices. Browser extensions, your device, network and printing services are outside this website’s control.
Sharing a brief or proposal comparison
Generating a result does not submit a lead. If you choose to email or otherwise share a downloaded brief, you control the recipient and the information included. The current website does not operate a contractor distribution or appointment system.
